1. Stock Samples: We can provide similar samples from our stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Proofing Samples: If you require samples that match your specific needs, you will need to pay a proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How long does it take to complete proofing samples?

A: Generally, proofing samples can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery time for mass orders?

A: Delivery time depends on the order details, but typically it takes 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

A: Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.

A: Our MOQs are as follows:
