We offer two options for obtaining samples:

1. Stock Sample: We can provide a similar sample from our stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Proofing Sample: If you require a sample that matches your specific bag requirements, you will need to pay a proofing fee in addition to the freight fee.

Q: How many days will it take to finish the samples (Proofing)?

Generally, the proofing process can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

The delivery timeline for mass orders typically ranges from 25 to 35 days after we receive the deposit and all order details are confirmed.

Q: What is your payment term?

Our standard payment term is:

• 30% Deposit: To start production via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
• 70% Balance: Paid before shipping.

Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

• Shopping Bags, Garbage Bags, and Food Packaging Bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.
• PP Cutlery: 2 tons.
