Q: How long does it take to complete proofing and send samples?

A: Generally, proofing and sample preparation can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery time for mass orders?

A: Our delivery time for mass orders typically ranges from 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all order details.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• 30% Deposit: Paid via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to start production.
• 70% Balance: Paid before shipping.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our MOQ varies depending on the product:
