1. What do you mainly produce?
   • HDPE / LDPE plastic bags: T-shirt shopping bags, garbage bags, flat & gusseted packaging bags, tubing films.
   • PP disposable cutlery: spoons, forks, cups & combo kits.
   All items can be made in virgin, recycled or biodegradable material.
2. What details do you need for an accurate quotation?
   ✓ Bag size (L × W × Gusset if any)
   ✓ Thickness (micron or mil)
   ✓ Material: HDPE / LDPE / PP, virgin or recycled
   ✓ Printing: number of colors, one-side or two-side
   ✓ Order quantity (pcs or tons)
   ✓ Reference photos or physical samples (preferred)
3. How can I get samples?
   Option A - Free stock samples: pay only express freight.
   Option B - Custom proofing: small fee + express freight (refundable on first order).
4. How long does proofing take?
   7 working days after artwork & specs are confirmed.
5. Lead time for mass production?
   25-35 days after deposit and all details are approved (rush orders available).
6. Payment terms?
   T/T 30 % deposit to start production, 70 % balance before shipment.
   Other terms (L/C, D/P, PayPal) negotiable for long-term partners.
7. What is your MOQ?
   Plastic bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pcs.
   PP cutlery: 2 tons.
   Trial orders below MOQ accepted with slight surcharge.
8. Do you inspect every batch?
   Yes. IQC, IPQC and OQC are carried out on every lot. SGS / BV third-party inspections welcome.
9. Are you a factory or trading company?
   We are a factory established in 2006 with 12,000 m² ISO 9001 & BRC certified workshops. OEM & ODM available.
10. How about after-sales service?
    All shipments include a 90-day quality warranty. Any issues, send photos within 7 days of receipt and we will offer replacement or refund within 48 hours.
