Q: What's your main product?

A: Our main products include HDPE and LDPE bags, such as T-shirt shopping bags, garbage bags, packaging bags, and tubing films. We also produce PP cutlery, including spoons, forks, and cups.

Q: What information should I offer if I want to get a quotation?

A: To receive an accurate quotation, please provide the following details:

1. Product Measurements: Length x Width. If your bags have gussets, please also provide the gusset size.
2. Thickness: Specify in microns or mils.
3. Material: HDPE/LDPE, virgin or recycled.
4. Printing Details: Number of print colors, single-sided or double-sided printing.
5. Quantity: The number of units you require.
6. Additional Information: Pictures of your desired bag and samples (if available) are highly useful.

Q: How can I get the sample?

A: We offer two options for samples:

1. Stock Sample: We can provide similar samples from our stock free of charge. You will only need to cover the shipping cost.
2. Proofing Sample: If you need a sample that matches your exact requirements, you must pay a proofing fee and the shipping cost.

Q: How many days will samples (Proofing)?

A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

A: The delivery time for mass orders is typically 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We require a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.

Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A:

• Shopping bags, garbage bags, and food packaging bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.
• PP cutlery: 2 tons.
