A: To receive an accurate quotation, please provide the following details:

1. Product Measurements: Length x Width (and gusset size, if applicable).
2. Thickness: Specify in microns or mils.
3. Material: HDPE/LDPE, virgin or recycled.
4. Printing Details: Number of colors, one-sided or two-sided printing.
5. Quantity: The total number of products you need.
6. Additional Information: Pictures of your desired bags or samples (if available) are highly appreciated.

 

Q: How can I get a sample?

A: We offer two options for obtaining samples:

1. Stock Sample: We can provide a similar sample from our existing stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Custom Proof: If you require a proof that matches your specific needs, you will need to pay a proofing fee and the freight fee.

 

Q: How many days will it take to finish the samples (proofing)?

A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

 

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

A: The delivery time for mass orders typically ranges from 25 to 35 days after we receive the deposit and all details are confirmed.

 

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.

 

Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Our MOQs are as follows:

• Shopping bags, garbage bags, and food packaging bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.
• PP cutlery: 2 tons.
