Q: What information should I provide if I want to get a quotation?
A: To receive a detailed quotation, please provide the following information:

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: We offer two options for obtaining samples:

We can provide a similar sample from our stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.

You can request a proofing sample (identical to your desired bags). In this case, you will need to pay the proofing fee and the freight fee.
Q: How many days will it take to finish the samples (Proofing)?
A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.
Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?
A: Delivery time varies depending on the order details. Typically, it takes 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all order details.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.
