A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.
Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?
A: The delivery time depends on the order details. Typically, it takes 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

A: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We require a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.
