1. Stock Sample: We can provide a similar sample from our stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Proofing Sample: If you require a sample that matches your exact specifications, you will need to pay a proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How many days will it take to finish the samples (Proofing)?

A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

A: The delivery time for mass orders is typically 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term is:

• 30% Deposit: Paid before production begins.
• 70% Balance: Paid before shipping.

A: Our MOQ varies by product:

• Shopping Bags, Garbage Bags, and Food Packaging Bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.
• PP Cutlery: 2 tons.
