1. What are your main products?
Our main products are HDPE and LDPE bags, such as T-shirt shopping bags, garbage bags, packaging bags, and tubing films. We also produce PP cutlery, including spoons, forks, and cups.

2. What information should I provide to get a quotation?
To receive an accurate quotation, please provide the following:

• Product measurements (length x width; gusset size if applicable)

• Thickness (in microns or mils)

• Material type (HDPE/LDPE, virgin or recycled)

• Printing details (number of colors, single-sided or double-sided)

• Order quantity

• Pictures of your bags or samples (highly recommended)

3. How can I get a sample?
We offer two options:

• Stock samples: free of charge, you only pay the freight fee.

• Custom proofing samples: a proofing fee and freight fee apply.

4. How long does sample proofing take?
Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

5. What is your delivery date for mass orders?
Normally, delivery takes 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

6. What are your payment terms?
Our standard term is T/T: 30 percent deposit to start production, with the remaining 70 percent balance paid before shipping.

7. What is your minimum order quantity?

• Shopping bags, garbage bags, and food packaging bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.

• PP cutlery: 2 tons.

8. Do you inspect finished products?
Yes. Each production step and all finished goods are inspected by our QC department before shipping.
