1. Similar Sample from Stock: We can provide a similar sample from our existing stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Custom Proofing: If you require a proof that matches your specific needs, you will need to pay the proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How many days will samples be finished (Proofing)?

A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days after receiving your request and all necessary details.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

A: The delivery time for mass orders typically ranges from 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term is:

• 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to start production.
• 70% balance to be paid before shipping.

Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
