A: You have two options for obtaining samples:

1. Stock Sample: We can provide a similar sample from our stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Proofing Sample: If you require a sample that matches your specific needs, you will need to pay for the proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How many days will it take to finish samples (Proofing)?

A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

A: The delivery date depends on the specifics of your order. Typically, it takes 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). A 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.

A: Our MOQ varies by product:
