1. Stock Samples: We can provide similar samples from our stock for free. You only need to cover the freight cost.
2. Proofing Samples: If you require proofing samples that match your specific needs, you will need to pay the proofing fee and freight cost.

Q4: How long does proofing take?

Proofing typically takes 7 working days to complete.

Q5: What is your delivery time for mass orders?

Delivery time varies but is usually within 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit confirming and all details.

Q6: What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are:

• 30% Deposit: Via T/T to start production.
• 70% Balance: Paid before shipping.
