1. Stock Samples: We can provide similar samples from our stock for free. You only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Proofing: For samples that match your exact requirements, you will need to pay a proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How many days will it take to finish the samples (Proofing)?

A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

A: The delivery time depends on the order details. Typically, it takes 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term is:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.

Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Our MOQ varies by product:

• Shopping bags, Garbage bags, and Food packaging bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.
• PP cutlery: 2 tons.
