Q: What's your main product?
A: Our main products include HDPE and LDPE bags, such as T-shirt shopping bags, garbage bags, packaging bags, and tubing films. We also produce PP cutlery, including spoons, forks, and cups.

Q: What information should I provide if I want to get a quotation?
A: To receive a quotation, please provide the following details:

• Product measurements (Length x Width). If your bags have gussets, please also provide the gusset size.
• Thickness in microns or mils.
• Material type: HDPE/LDPE, virgin or recycled.
• Printing details: Number of colors and whether printing is required on one side or both sides.
• Quantity of products needed.
  It would be very helpful if you could provide pictures of your bags. Providing samples is also highly recommended.

Q: How can I get a sample?
A:

1. We can provide a similar sample from our stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. You can choose to get a proof (matching your specific requirements). In this case, you will need to pay the proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How many days will it take to finish the samples (Proofing)?
A: Generally speaking, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?
A: It depends on the order details. Typically, it takes 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our standard payment term is 30% deposit via T/T to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.

Q: What's your MOQ?
A:

• Shopping bags, garbage bags, and food packaging bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.
• PP cutlery: 2 tons.
