Q: How can I get a sample?
A: We offer two options for obtaining samples:

Stock Sample: We can provide a similar sample from our existing stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.

Custom Proof: If you require proof that matches your specific needs, you will need to pay a proofing fee and the freight fee.
Q: How many days will samples be finished (Proofing)?
A: Generally, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.
Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?
A: Delivery time for mass orders typically ranges from 25 to 35 days after we receive the deposit and all details are confirmed.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.
