A: Our main products include HDPE and LDPE bags, such as T-shirt shopping bags, garbage bags, packaging bags, and tubing films. Additionally, we produce PP cutlery, including spoons, forks, and cups.

Q: What information should I provide if I want to get a quotation?

A: To receive an accurate quotation, please provide the following details:

• Product Measurements: Length x Width (and gusset size if applicable).
• Thickness: Specify in microns or mils.
• Material: HDPE/LDPE, virgin or recycled.
• Printing: Number of colors, one-sided or double-sided printing.
• Quantity: The total number of products you need.
• Additional Information: If possible, please provide pictures of your desired bags or samples.

Q: How can I get a sample?

A: We offer two options for obtaining samples:

1. Stock Samples: We can provide similar samples from our existing stock at no cost. You will only need to cover the freight fee.
2. Custom Proofing: If you require a sample that matches your specific needs, you will need to pay a proofing fee and the freight fee.

Q: How many days will it take to finish the samples (Proofing)?

A: Typically, proofing can be completed within 7 working days.

Q: What is your delivery date for mass orders?

A: The delivery time for mass orders usually ranges from 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all order details.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We require a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.

Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: Our MOQ varies by product:

• Shopping Bags, Garbage Bags, Food Packaging Bags: 3 tons or 500,000 pieces.
• PP Cutlery: 2 tons.
